I have been looking for a pair of black flats that had a little heel and these are perfect. I love the touch of floral on the top that makes it more feminine.These are a great quality and these seem to be a timeless style. As for sizing, I am either a 35 or 35.5 in most shoes and I got a 35 in these (doesn't come in a 35.5) and they do slip out in the back, but I plan on putting some insoles to help with that. So I suggest you go down a size unless you plan on wearing thicker socks with them.
