    What is the status of my order?

    Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of Zappos.com. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

    How long will it be before I receive my order?

    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

    What is the cost to ship an order?

    A:

    We offer free 2-day shipping for most orders. Please note, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses or for orders containing hazmat items.

    • 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order
    • 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling: FREE
    • USPS Priority Mail: FREE for Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses, and for orders containing hazmat items

    Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

    Yes, shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses.

    What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

    There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to an APO or FPO address. Please note UPS return shipments must also be shipped from the United States.
